The Davidson County Sheriff’s Department will host a Parents of Troubled Youth Seminar on Thursday, August 25 at Davidson-Davie Community College. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. Below is a message from Detective D. Dennis:

We are delighted to have the interest from all of our partners on this event. Attached is the tentative agenda for the night of August 25, 2022, at 6:30 pm. The event is being held in the Gee Building located on the Main Davidson Campus at the Davidson-Davie Community College in room 111. The college will have tables in the hallway outside of the room available to Family Services of Davidson County, Youth Villages, Fairgrove Family Resource Center, and Aspire for informational pamphlets, registration, and other items associated with your programs/services. You all will see that there are time frames for each person/program presentation. If anyone has issues or questions related to their presentation time allotment please let me know. Our social media team here at the Sheriff’s Office will have the event publicized in the next day or two, including the link for attendees to pre-register. We look forward to a positive outcome with everyone’s participation.
