Davidson Charter Academy forgoes optional masking

After previously operating under an optional masks policy, Davidson County Charter Academy’s Board of Directors voted on Tuesday night, September 22 to “make the use of cloth face coverings (face mask) mandatory be effective Thursday, September 24. According to the DCA COVID-19 and Face Mask Policy, all students, staff members, contracted vendors, and visitors are required to wear a face mask while attending school or a school function in any school building, facility, or other indoor areas of the school campus. All face masks must cover the nose and mouth of the individual.
