It's time for the Thomasville Christmas parade

This year the Thomasville Christmas Parade promises to be the best yet on Saturday, December 14th at 11:00 a.m. in the streets of Historic Downtown Thomasville.

Parade participants continue to come in daily, with expectations of having more than one hundred entries again this year, including local bands and numerous dance groups including the Jamestown Pipes & Drums Band. Also, of course, Santa will be at the parade. Victoria Livengood, a Thomasville Native and Grammy Award winner, will lead the parade as the Grand Marshal bringing the holiday cheer as we celebrate the 2024 Christmas season.

“The Parade Committee and the entrants have been working hard to make this a magical day for everyone. We are so grateful to The Beautification Committee and the City crews as they have done a fantastic job of getting our Historic Downtown decorated for the season, which will provide a festive backdrop for the 2024 Christmas Parade,.” said Billy Freeman, Interim Director of Thomasville Tourism.
