Come join a day of wellness, fun and community spirit. A free Community Health and Wellness Retreat is planned for Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Bull City Ciderworks located at 599 South Railroad Street in Lexington, N.C.This event is open to the public, offering a day full of wellness activities, fun and community connections for the entire family. The retreat will feature a variety of activities and experiences designed to support health and well-being, including:

Beginning Fitness and Yoga Classes
Cooking Demonstrations for healthy meal preparation
Free Door Prizes and a Scavenger Hunt with exciting giveaways
Access to Free Local Health Resources and wellness information
Free Food to nourish your body and satisfy your taste buds
A State-of-the-Art Mobile Gaming Trailer for family-friendly fun
Face Painting for children and families
Free Beauty Treatments to help you look and feel your best
