Thomasville Road Closed: Utility valve repairs

Old Lexington Road is currently undergoing significant work and is closed to through traffic between Ford Street and Howard Street. This closure is necessary for essential utility valve repairs aimed at maintaining and improving our infrastructure. The vital work will take place through December 30. Clearly marked detour routes have been established to guide drivers around the affected areas.

In addition to these repairs, the road will also experience nightly closures from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Friday, June 21. During these nighttime hours, contractors will be busy installing new internet cables.
