Child dies from injuries sustained at homicide incident on Burgess St.

LEXINGTON, NC – Out of respect for the family, Lexington Police Department has not released the status of the third victim, a minor. We can confirm that the minor passed away on Friday, March 4, from injuries sustained during the incident on March 2. Lexington Police Department is continuing to investigate, and further charges are pending.
