City council approves Dunbar resolution
A previously debated resolution was approved by the Lexington City Council Thursday morning at a special called meeting. At the council’s April 13 meeting, a letter was presented by Judd K. Roth asking for their support regarding a grant application he planned to submit.
The documents were connected to the proposed Dunbar School project that will convert the former all Black high school into affordable, senior housing. The resolution passed with a 6-2 vote.
