Cousin Eddie's BBQ Salmon Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 orange, zested and juiced
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Cousin Eddie’s Sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 x 150g fillets of skin on salmon
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
In a wide, shallow bowl, combine all the ingredients except the salmon and oil. Lay the salmon, skin side up, into the bowl and leave to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
