Davidson County Government to hold job fair

Davidson County Government would like to invite job seekers to their first multi-departmental job fair on April 17, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

The event will be held in the Gymnasium at Parks and Recreation located at 555 West Center Street Extension in Lexington. 

Participation in the job fair is free for everyone.

Those interested in current or future careers with Davidson County can come to learn about positions ranging from entry level to positions that require advanced training.

Participating county departments include: Emergency Services, Health, Fleet Maintenance, Senior Services, Sheriff’s Office and Social Services.

Human Resources representatives will be present to answer questions and discuss employee benefits. Also, computers will be available for applicants that wish to apply at the job fair.

Any job seeker who has already applied, have questions about working in county government, or about job requirements are encouraged to participate.
