Day Two : City of Lexington Health Equity Fair

Day Two : City of Lexington Health Equity Fair

Day 2 Health Equity Fair

Saturday, August 13th from 9:00am to 2:00pm the City of Lexington is hosting a Health Equity Fair at Lexington Senior High School. The day's primary goal is to provide information, resources, supplies, and tools to equip our community to live healthier lives across Davidson County and surrounding areas.

Our focus is on bridging inequity gaps within our health care systems. Therefore, the conference emphasizes mental health, chronic disease, and other health concerns, as well as resources in the community.

Saturday will be a fun day for families and individuals of all ages to experience. We will also have food demonstrations, chair yoga classes, free sports physicals, COVID testing, and COVID vaccines. We will also have mammograms available from Novant Health. See more information in the document list below.

If you would like to participate and be a vendor/have a booth at the fair, please complete the form linked above by August 1st. You will be responsible for providing your own table and set up items.

Please reach out to Michelle Howard by phone, (336) 243-3232 or email, michelleh@medicalministries.org, if you have any questions or concerns.
