From Sen. Jarvis' Desk: November 25, 2021

Dear Friends,

On behalf of myself, my family, and my office I want to wish you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving.
The last year has been difficult for many, but we still have much to be thankful for. This year we in the legislature along with Governor Cooper have passed a bipartisan budget that will help put North Carolina at the forefront of infrastructure, education, and commerce.

I am confident that the best days of our state and our country are still ahead of us. I am incredibly grateful for my colleagues here, Democrat or Republican, and for the work we have accomplished.

This Thanksgiving I also ask all of us to please pray for our great frontline workers, first responders, and our nation's veterans serving overseas. We are so blessed to live in this great nation.

Lastly, I want to thank all of the constituents who sent me here to the Senate on their behalf in 2020. You all have helped equipped me with your advice, concerns, and the tools needed to do the job.

My priorities in the year ahead will continue to be good governance, fiscal responsibility, and a strong passion to continue to serve this community. I will NEVER stop fighting for you.

May God continue to bless your lives and I wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving.

As always, thank you to our numerous constituents who continue to write, call, or email our office.

Senator Steve Jarvis,
NC District 29
