Homeless shelter fundraiser being held Saturday

Davidson County First Hope Ministries (formerly named Crisis Ministry of  Davidson County) is the homeless shelter in Lexington/Davidson County. We house adults and families needing shelter, provide a food pantry for the community as well as a clothing closet year round. 

This fund raiser on Saturday December 11 will benefit 75 adults and 20 children with their Christmas and will help to continue shelter operations. 

As you are probably aware, COVID-19 has definitely put a strain on food donations and funds that are used to operate our shelter during the year. So far in 2021, we have served over 37,000 individuals with food, shelter and clothing. We desperately need your continued support.  

Please come out to 107 E. 1st Ave in Lexington this Saturday and bring a canned good, have lunch and visit with Santa.
