Lexington: Friends of the library used book sale

The Friends of the Lexington Library has began offering their monthly book sale and book collections days on Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM in the Annex of the Lexington Library.

Future book sales will be held the last Saturday of each month through September.

Friends is offering a new service this year. If you are cleaning out your book collection, need someone to pick them up, and live in a 15-mile radius of downtown Lexington, please contact Robin Griffin, book sale Chairwoman, 251-363-5941.

The Annex is located in the one-story building to the left of the Library at 602 South Main Street. Friends is accepting good condition books, puzzles, CDs, and DVDs for all ages. We do not accept books with smoke, water or mold damage.

Additional information can be found on our Facebook page and website at https://friendsofthelexingtonlibrary.weebly.com/, or email us at lexnclibraryfriends@gmail.com.
