Make plans to attend the 15th Annual Hospice Golf Tournament
Hospice of Davidson County (HODC) invites you to the 15th Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser on Thursday, April 11th at Sapona Golf, Swim and Tennis Club.
The 15th Annual Golf Tournament charity event is a 4-person, Captain’s Choice tournament with a shotgun start for both morning and afternoon tee times. The event will take place at Sapona Golf, Swim, and Tennis Club located at 439 Beaver Creek Road in Lexington on Thursday, April 11th.
Teams that compete in the no handicap golf tournament will have the opportunity to participate in additional exciting activities including entering a putting contest and meeting Jeff Crittenden, 2-time winner of the World Long Drive (WLD) Masters Division Championship. An awards ceremony will conclude the day with trophies given to members of the 1st and 2nd place teams as well as the winner of the putting contest.
Team registration is $480 per 4-person team and includes green fees and carts. Participants will also be served breakfast, lunch, beverages, and snacks throughout the day.

The funds raised through sponsorships and team registration will be used to support the holistic care given to our patients and their loved ones,” explained Laura Owen, Chief Executive Officer. “In 2023, we provided 676 days of charity care for individuals unable to pay for services. We believe that all individuals deserve not only expert care but also to be supported with dignity as they make meaning of their lives.”
