Meyer Laboratory is moving to Lexington

Meyer Laboratory is moving to Lexington to support their operations reaching the entirety of the east coast. Meyer Laboratory, a Blues Springs, Missouri-based manufacturer of cleaning supplies, is moving its cleaning supplies manufacturing facility to Lexington from Charlotte.

The Charlotte location began operations in 2017 and Meyer announced plans of moving to Lexington in early 2024. The move will more than triple their manufacturing capacity due to the larger size of the Lexington facility. The facility will be located at 111 Woodside Drive in Lexington, the former home of Navis TubeTex

Meyer Laboratory will perform approximately $400,000 worth of renovations on their portion of the building that they will be leasing. According to their submitted plans, the space is 37,650 square footage and being renovated for 31,000 square feet of warehousing, with the rest being for storage, business and electrical.

The renovated facility will hire twelve full-time manufacturing and distribution employees over the course of the first three years. Meyer plans to have the facility operating in the fourth quarter of 2024.
