I would like to thank several that made our Epilepsy fundraiser yesterday at Paul’s Chapel in Lexington. Wayne West and Will Yarbrough and their car and truck club organized the fundraiser and it was a great success. My church Paul’s Chapel always welcomes our events at the church. Special thanks for those that felt this is an important disability and support those in Davidson County with Epilepsy which is over 1500 people.

Three were there that are running for public office. I was asked by many why our elected officials were not there to support us because we are in their county. I told these people even though the birth of this group was here in Davidson County our elected officials have never come out to our events to give us their support. Zac Crotts is the only County official that has gone out of his way many times with me to make changes for those suffering from this condition. This is not a political endorsement, just fact. I thank those venders that came out and supported us. Our crowd was smaller than usual but God did give us many blessings. Thank you – Toney E. Kincaid
