Suspect in Burgess St. incident receives additional charge

LEXINGTON, NC – Lexington Police Department has worked with the Davidson County District Attorney to take out an additional count of first-degree murder in relation to the death of three-year-old Ja-sel Orr from injuries sustained during the incident on March 2. Brian  Moses is being held without bond at Davidson County Detention Center for three counts of  first-degree murder, arson, possession of a firearm by a felon and robbery with a dangerous  weapon.
