It is the end of season at the Lexington Farmers Market at the Depot
It's time for the Lexington Farmers Market (LFM) to say goodbye to the Depot location. The LFM will return to the Depot for a special Harvest Market on November 23rd and for a Holiday Market on December 7th.
In the meantime, take the opportunity to show the incredible vendors some love. The LFM has had a fantastic season, thanks to lots of hard work, along with the tireless efforts of market manager, Selah Bollinger, President, Jennifer Rosecrans, their planning board and a great marketing team. It was a successful season due also to the efforts of fabulous local musicians, chefs and other special guests. The LFM would also like to thank sponsors, Lexington Utilities and HomeTrust Bank, for helping make the LFM possible. Last, but most importantly, the LFM wanst to thank everyone for supporting the market. You have shown up for us week after week with your shopping bags, families, and/or adorable dogs in tow and helped continue to build this beautiful community.
The Extension Master Gardener Volunteers will be helping close out the season with their popular fall plant sale, today. They will offer a beautiful selection at bargain prices and they are highly knowledgeable and eager to help your garden thrive.
Ken Davis, a long time favorite at the Depot, will be providing the live music.
