For nine years now the local Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 97 has organized the annual Shop with a Cop event and this year, donations allowed them to expand to helping Santa find 43 local children for Christmas.

Fraternal Order of Police provided Christmas gifts for Stoner-Thomas School
On December 8, 2022, members of the Davidson County Fraternal Order of Police(FOP) Lodge #97 conducted its “Christmas Toys For Stoner-Thomas School Event,” by delivering 97 Christmas gift bags to these wonderful children and adults at this school. The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, the Thomasville Police Department, and the Lexington Police Department assisted with the delivery of the gift bags.
