National Night Out was held on Tuesday evening, August 3 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at four locations.
As was the case with most events last year, the Lexington Police Department’s (LPD) National Night Out was canceled. Next month, LPD, which has hosted the community event annually since the late 1990s, is poised to continue using the nationwide initiative to assist in developing relationships with citizens.
