Davidson County man charged with serious crimes in Tampa
A Davidson County man has been arrested in Tampa, Florida and has numerous pending charges.
Dylan Fogle, 25 of Thomasville is currently being held for using his vehicle as a weapon after becoming angry for being removed from the Emperors Gentlemen’s Club. Fogle drove his semi-truck into a standing crowd injuring two bystanders and killing Giovanni Suto. The two other victims remain unidentified and have been released from the hospital according to a report from Tampa police. After hitting the victims with his vehicle, Fogle then crashed into the building.
Fogle was also taken to a local hospital, where his blood alcohol level measured above the legal limit, according to Tampa police. Fogle was then charged with:
First-degree murder
2 counts of attempted first-degree murder
Vehicular homicide
2 counts of DUI with serious injury
DUI manslaughter.
Fogle is currently being held in Hillsborough County at the Orient Road Jail without a bond.
