Davidson County Public Library is offering Reading with Ringling

In conjunction with the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus, the Davidson County Public Library is offering Reading with Ringling from now through February 2nd. 2024. Children ages 2-12 can participate to earn a free ticket (with the purchase of a full price adult ticket) to a North American tour of the show the week of Feb. 2-4, 2024 at the Greensboro Coliseum. The available dates/times to experience the circus spectacular are Friday, Feb. 2nd, at 7 pm, Saturday, Feb. 3rd, at 6:30 pm, and Sunday, Feb. 4th at 6:30 pm.

Families should visit their local library branch to sign up and receive a Reward Club Card. Children will receive one stamp on their card from a library staff member for each book read. Reading 5 books will fill up one card. Once Reward Club Cards are full, parents/guardians can simply take the card to the Greensboro Coliseum box office to redeem it for a free child’s ticket. Cards must be redeemed no later than February 2nd and only two free kid’s tickets per family.

“We are happy to once again partner with the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus to promote reading and a night of fun with family at the circus,” said Sheila Killebrew, Library Director.
