Thanks to sponsorship by Lexington Utilities and Yadkin Riverkeeper, each week a local chef will shop at the farmers market that morning and then begin cooking around 10 am. When the meals are done, they will safely box up samples for market customers. Each chef will also share a recipe so you can recreate a dish at home. Farmers Market will be open to the public following the demonstration from 12:00PM-4:00PM.
