Celebrating the achievements of American workers
Labor Day is observed the first Monday in September and is a celebration of the social and economic achievements of the American worker.
The holiday is rooted in the late nineteenth century, when labor activists pushed for a federal holiday to recognize the many contributions workers have made to America’s strength, prosperity, growth and well-being.
Take time to acknowledge the accomplishments that we make as Americans and what we can do when we all join as one.
Enjoy your Labor Day with relaxation and peace.
