Charity League of Lexington hosts spring fundraiser

The Charity League of Lexington is holding a spring fundraiser to help support programs for local youth including support services, by purchasing clothing, hearing screenings, abuse prevention programs by performing a kid-friendly puppet show to explain how to report physical, sexual abuse, neglect, and stranger danger. The Charity League of Lexington also provides funding to various community organizations focused on serving the children of Lexington and Davidson County.

The League is honored to partner with Smoke and Oak of Lexington to hold this Bourbon raffle drawing. There are only 200 tickets being sold, for 3 chances to win a bottle of high end Bourbon. 1st drawing winner is for Old Rip Van Winkle, 10 year Bourbon, 2nd drawing winner Blanton’s Original Barrel Bourbon, and 3rd prize is for Buffalo Trace Single Barrel Select Bourbon. The tickets are $50.00 each, can be purchased from any Charity League members, Cash App at $CLofLex add in memo: for raffle, and also can be purchased directly at The Smoke and Oak, 127 West Center Street, Lexington, NC Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Bourbon Raffle 2022

The drawing will be held May 5, 2022, the Thursday before the Annual Kentucky Derby Race. Join members of the league on that evening, wear your favorite Derby hat, as well as stop by the Smoke and Oak throughout the month of April and purchase the Charity League of Lexington Signature drink, a portion of those proceeds will go toward the organization programs. Only 200 tickets will be sold.
