City of Thomasville works to resolve water issues
A main water line is being repaired in the Randolph Street area. According to the City of Thomasville: “Teams are working to address the problem as we speak. We estimate repairs could take most of the day. Customers may experience brown water throughout the day. Should clear up later this evening.”
The Thomasville Fire Dept will be out flow testing fire hydrants. Testing will run through the remainder of this month and possibly the 1st week of November. Crews have started its fall maintenance program prior to testing which may cause some disturbance in the color of the water.
