Cooking with Cousin Eddie: Smoked Brisket

The best smoked brisket you will ever taste. It is melt in your mouth delicious. 

Ingredients:

Beef Brisket

2tbsp

2tbsp

Websters Kick’n Chicken Seasoning

McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions:

Turn smoker on to 200 degrees. 

Mix the seasoning together in a small container and use as a dry rub on the brisket. Place brisket in smoker and smoke for 1 hour per pound. Ex. 14 pound brisket would require 14 hours in smoker.

Cut beef to size or chop and pour Cousin Eddie’s over the top to moisten.
