Davidson County Health Director submits resignation, board to hold special meeting
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE DAVIDSON COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH
Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.12(b)(2) public notice is hereby given that the Davidson County Board of Health will meet on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Davidson County Department of Health located at 915 Greensboro Street, Lexington, North Carolina 27292 for a special meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the resolution to consider authorizing the Board of Commissioners to assume direct control of any activities conducted by the Board of Health.
Additionally, a closed session may be held pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(6) to discuss personnel matters and/or a closed session may be held pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-318(a)(3) to discuss matters of attorney client privlege.
This special meeting is called by Tammy Troublefield as Chair of the Davidson County
Board of Health pursuant to the Bylaws of the Davidson County Board of Health.
