Davidson County Sheriff makes arrest in local breaking and entering cases
On December 10, 2024, Detectives with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office T.R.A.C.E. Team, assigned to the Special Investigations Division, arrested Timothy Beard during an ongoing breaking and entering and theft investigation in the area of Pinecrest Road, Lexington near Hwy 109 South.
Upon further investigation Beard was arrested and charged with felony conspiracy to commit felony larceny. Beard also had an outstanding warrant for possession of stolen property. During the investigation through a collaborative effort with Detectives from the Archdale Police Department, Beard was additionally charged and served with (3) three counts of breaking and entering, (3) three counts of larceny after breaking and entering and (3) three counts of injury to personal property from an ongoing breaking and entering that occurred in the Archdale Community of Randolph County.
Beard and several others are suspected of being involved in an ongoing theft investigation in Davidson and Randolph Counties. He is scheduled to appear in Davidson County District Court on March 10, 2025.
