DIVE INTO THE WORLD OF WINE with local wine educators, the Wine Mouths, to learn more about what you enjoy drinking and how it’s made. This 6-week class, beginning on Sept. 13, will cover the basics of viticulture and enology. From growing the grapes in the vineyard to making the wine that you pour into your glass, we will provide a high-level overview to give you a deeper appreciation and understanding of wine. In addition, you will have the opportunity to experience the nuances of wine tasting and evaluation with wine tastings and tours at local wineries. Classes will be held at wineries and vineyards in Davidson and Davie Counties.
