Deputies arrest registered sex offender for trespassing
Mr. Leonard was identified and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Mr. Leonard was arrested without incident and transported to the Davidson County Magistrates Office.
He went before a Davidson County Magistrate and was served with two outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was charged with felony failure to register as a sex offender, felony failure to change address as a sex offender, and felony sex offender residence violation for living within 1,000 feet of a school or daycare.
He received a $60,000 secured bond and a court date of January 3rd, 2024 at the Davidson County Court House located in Lexington. He was then placed in the Davidson County Detention center without incident.
