Faith & Fellowship: Guide Your Mind
As believers we must guide our minds, The word of God teaches us,” Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus”.
Our mind is a special gift from God. We have to control what or who we allow into our minds.
Always be careful of what you let enter into your mind.
Guide your mind and your thoughts, because they will determine how you live your life.
As we guide our minds, always guide your eyes and your ears.
Remember the enemy always targets the mind, it’s been said that it’s our primary battlefield. Always remember the enemy thinks that if he can control the mind, he controls the body.
We must fight to guide our minds. 1 Thessalonians 4:4, It’s through the eyes and ears that input is given to the mind. Guide your mind by rejecting the things that are not Holy. We should know that Christ is our perfect model in everyday life.
“Resist the devil and he will flee from you”, James:4 Let us fill our minds with the word of God, that we may guide our minds in all truths.
Our thoughts are powerful, “ Do not be conformed to this world, but transformed by the renewal of your mind,”
When you guide your mind your thoughts in line with the word of God will protect you, spirit, soul and body. Thoughts may try to enter your mind from all angles and sides, that’s why you should always guide your mind.
Romans 8:6,”For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the spirit is life and peace.
The spirit of the mind is the inner power that governs and directs the mind.
We must be constantly renewed in our minds.
Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.
Always guide your mind away from mental garbage.
Always fill your mind with righteous things.
There are many ways we can guide our minds.
The most important thing you should do is pray.
We should maintain a continuous conversation with our Savior.
When we guide our minds we will always outthink, outsmart, and out dream the enemy.
We Thank God, because even until this day our minds are the most complex and powerful thing in the earth.
As we meditate on the word of God this week, let us remember, God has something better for your life, than your old ways of thinking. It is time to guide your mind, so God can guide your life.
May God So Richly Bless!
