Jno G. Lewis Assembly #326: Women on the Move in Leadership and Service

The Jno G. Lewis Assembly #326 held its end-of-year meeting on December 10, 2024, marking a pivotal moment for the organization as new officers were announced for the upcoming year. The assembly, a proud ladies' auxiliary to the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, celebrated both its legacy and a bright future of community service under new leadership.

Deidre Talbert has been elected as the new Loyal Lady Ruler, succeeding Vivian Royal, who led the assembly with distinction for an impressive 15 years. Brittany Marshall will serve alongside her as Associate Loyal Lady Ruler, with the following additional officers elected:

Secretary: Wanda Woods

Treasurer: Vivian Royal

Guide: Myrna Pettaway

Priestess: Vernice Lindsay

Remaining appointments will be made by the Loyal Lady Ruler in the coming weeks.

Throughout 2024, the Jno G. Lewis Assembly #326 demonstrated an unwavering commitment to community outreach and charitable giving. Their impactful initiatives included:

Ringing bells for the Salvation Army during the holiday season,

Donating essential items to Pastor’s Pantry,

Partnering with the Anything for Our Youth Group to host annual Easter egg hunts and Halloween festivities,

Organizing Back-to-School giveaways to equip students with necessary supplies.

The assembly’s efforts reflect their dedication to uplifting the local community and supporting families through acts of kindness and service.

As newly elected officers prepare to take on their leadership roles, Jno G. Lewis Assembly #326 continues to exemplify the power of women united in purpose, showcasing their motto of service, leadership, and compassion.

Associate Loyal Lady Ruler Brittany Marshall was also presented as Loyal Lady of the year.
