Join the excitement of the 9th Annual Festival of Lights in Lexington

The 9th Annual Light Festival is back and the public is invited to experience the magic of the season right here in Lexington. This year’s festival promises to be bigger and brighter than ever before, featuring dazzling light displays and holiday cheer for everyone to enjoy.

  • December 6th.

  • December 7th.

  • December 13th.

  • December 14th.

  • December 20th.

  • December 21st.

Event hours of operation are: 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. 

Admission is FREE

It’s free to walk the trail and enjoy the magical light displays and live performances. While admission to the event is free, please note that some activities and refreshments may have a cost. In the spirit of giving, we’re also hosting a Canned Goods Drive to support our community.

Please bring your canned goods to the information booth and for every 4 canned goods you donate, you’ll receive one raffle ticket. The raffle prizes include a gift basket donated by local small business owners, filled with unique items and gifts that showcase the spirit of Lexington. All donations will go to Pastor’s Pantry, a local nonprofit supporting those in need. 

Raffle Drawings:

Raffle drawings will take place after the live performances each night. 

This event is hosted by The Light of The World Church, located at 330 North Church Street in Lexington. All volunteers working the event are members of our church, showing our commitment to bringing joy and support to the community. Please note that the festival itself will take place at our previous location at 1306 Thomason Street.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, it is kindly asked that you refrain from smoking, vaping, consuming alcohol and bringing outside food into the event.
