He was jailed and tortured until almost loosing his mental health but never denied his belief system. He brought an eye-opening warning to all that there were characteristics we needed to know that were mainly communist in nature. He stated that any movement in the US that insights hatred, that is hell bound on destroying traditions or that demands loyalty were all three important factors of a communist regime. There bate is to make us believe that communism is good.

Jonathan Uzcategui - Political Candidate for NC

Next, the American citizen by choice, Jonathan Uzcategui shared his story on the nightmare of Hugo Chavez and its similarities with us today before their fall. He described Venezuela as the 4th country in the world to have riches and oil. He boasted that Venezuela has more oil than Saudi Arabia. Before the fall they had many things in common as this nation presently has now: they were a republic, they had a constitution and they had 2 main parties, one liberal and one conservative. Jonathan explained that the four main changes done as soon as Chavez took over were the same ones the liberals are trying so desperately to do here. The four are: Chavez removed the constitution because it was too old and racist. The second was to take over the education system by indoctrinated the children to believe the government ruled supreme, the third was to change their main faith from Christianity to devil worship and finally, gun control that led to gun confiscation. With tears in his eyes and a bit choked up he said he left Venezuela to escape the monster, yet he feels the monster followed him here, and that from here there is no other beacon of shinning freedom anywhere else. His main purpose in his campaign was to tell the silent majority that we cannot stay silent any longer. He emphasized the need for more people to engage within their communities and help our churches, schools and governments to push back on the agendas that want to tear down our nation.

Lt Governor of NC, Mark Robinson - Speaker

Finally, the last speaker of the night, Lt. Governor Mark Robinson received a standing ovation as he entered the room as Pastor Wren presented him and asked him up on the stage. The people applauded and cheered as the energy went soaring through the roof. He started off by thanking Jesus for another day to do God’s will and then started to tell us a little history lesson. He went on to speak about the Battle of Gettysburg and a man named Joshua Chamberlain on Little Round Top. He mentioned the story because he compared that story to us today. The union soldiers on top of that hill ran out of ammunition from the immense amount of fighting that took place. They knew the Confederate soldiers had one goal that day which was to sweep them off that hill. Those same soldiers were determined to fight or die trying. Mark Robinson compared the world we live to Gettysburg and Little Round Top to this nation, in which We The People are just like those Union soldiers who were determined to stay and fight that last battle. He finished by calling the people to an accountability concerning the state of NC and how we need to stand for what we believe in and fight as those soldiers did, against all odds.
