Lexington man charged with lewd public acts at hospital
A Lexington man is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself in the hospital emergency room at the Lexington Medical Center observed by a minor and the child’s parent.
According to Davidson County court documents, on Sunday, August 18th, Roger Sherod Winston, 41, of Lexington, was arrested and charged with :
Child indecent liberties
Indecent exposure in presence of a minor
Indecent exposure
Parole violation.
It is reported that Winston exposed himself and committed a lewd act in the presence of a juvenile and their parent in the hospital’s emergency waiting room.
He was arrested by the Lexington Police and taken to the Davidson County Jail where he was given a secured $30,000 bond.
Winston is scheduled to appear in Davidson County District Court on Sept. 9th.
