PFLAG hosted a Pop-Up Pride event at Bull City Ciderworks in Lexington on June 30th with a host of vendors selling a variety of items including books, artwork, jewelry and variety galore. LIVE music was performed by Marte Maney, a Tarot reader as well as a performance by Cierra Nichole. PFLAG also shared information about multiple services in the area. The organizations offers support for families and allies of the local LGBTQ community. According to the organization’s social media: “Educating ourselves & others about unique challenges facing LGBTQ individuals, & collaborative community engagement and programming in support of awareness and understanding.”
