Lexington Housing Community Development Corporation is celebrating 25 years of serving the citizens of Davidson County, providing programs and services relating to homeownership and home retention, as well as urgent repairs and group work camp.

On September 15 at 12:00pm LHCDC, in partnership with the Lexington and Thomasville Area Chambers of Commerce, will host a ribbon cutting and unveiling of their new name and logo. We invite the community to share in this exciting event as we transition into another chapter of service for all residents of Davidson County. The event will be held from 12:00pm until 2:00pm on Wednesday, September 15 with the ribbon cutting and unveiling to be held at noon.  Light refreshments will be served.

LHCDC has been working on a name change for several years to eliminate any confusion as to the availability of our services.  Our new name and logo will remind the community of our programs that are available county wide said Toby Prince, Executive Director.
