On September 18, 2023 Anthony "Doc" Lockhart went home to be with his sons the late Chris and Corey Lockhart.
The family will be holding a Celebration of Life memorial on Friday September 29, 2023 from 4pm - 6pm at the fellowship hall of Arrington Heights Freewill Baptist Church

He is survived by his eternal wife Cindy Lockhart, two daughters Jennifer Presnell (Nikki) & Brittany Lockhart, two brothers Jimmy Swicegood and Charles Lockhart, his father Burnett Lockhart Jr. all of Lexington NC; as well as 14 Grand Babies and plenty of friends that he considered family. He is preceded in death by his mother Brenda Lockhart, two sisters Tina Lockhart and Melody Church. He will be truly missed by many. Memorial arrangements will be announced as soon as possible. At this time his family will be holding visitation at the home of his oldest daughter located at 153 Texas Dr. Lexington NC 27295.
