Pair arrested in Davidson County for trafficking cocaine

On September 5, 2024, Detectives with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office T.R.A.C.E. Team, assigned to the Special Investigations Division, participated in a driver’s license checking station through the North Carolina Governors Highway Safety Program on 29-70 South at Hasty School Road, Thomasville.

During the event, Detectives searched a 2019 BMW and seized (1) one pound of Cocaine, 11 grams of marijuana, and over $100,000.00 in United States Currency.

Detectives arrested the driver Nealie Ann Latoya Pearson of Charlotte North Carolina, and the passenger Warren Devin Moseley of Winston-Salem.

Pearson was charged with trafficking cocaine by possession, trafficking cocaine by transportation, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, maintaining a vehicle to store a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and placed under a $2,000,000 secured bond in the Davidson County Detention Center with a September 20th court date.

Moseley was charged with trafficking cocaine by possession, trafficking cocaine by transportation, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Moseley was arrested and is in the Davidson County Detention Center under a 2,500,000.secured bond with a scheduled court date of September 20th.
