Year-in-Review: Lexington Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta celebrates 38 years
The Lexington (NC) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated celebrates over 38 years of community service and sisterhood in the Lexington, Davidson County and Thomasville areas.
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority is a private not for profit organization whose purpose is to provide assistance and support through established programs and local communities throughout the world. The sorority currently has 1, 000 collegiate and alumnae chapters located in the United States, Canada, Japan, Germany, the Virgin Islands, Bermuda, the Bahamas, Jamaica and the Republic of Korea.
This year, the organization has been active in the community partaking in an array of endeavors. They continue to promote programs focusing on physical and mental health, education development, economic development, international awareness, and political awareness and involvement.

Lexington (NC) Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. sponsored a pre-game dinner for the Lexington Senior High football team. The Lexington Yellow Jackets won the game against the Carver Yellow Jackets. We love supporting the student, staff, and the community.
