St. Stephen UMC to produce play Easter weekend
"A Living Last Supper" is a play written by Pastor Arnetta Beverly of St. Stephen United Methodist Church. It will show Jesus and the Disciples in the upper room sharing the last supper. Each disciple will share what his name means and recount a memorable occasion in the life and ministry of following Jesus. The actors are men of St. Stephen, men from the community and even Councilman Garrett Holloway. The public is invited to share this experience on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 7 PM at St. Stephen UMC, 100 East First Street.
