Uptown Lexington, Inc. is honored to host a bench dedication ceremony in memory of Robert and Frances Ebelein, who established The Candy Factory in 1979. Robert and Frances played an instrumental role in the rejuvenation of Lexington’s Main Street, and left a legacy that continues to thrive.
