Tasty Tips with Tamara Cade: Lemonpepper Salmon
Do you like salmon? How about lemonpepper seasoning? If you like them both, here’s a recipe for you to try.
INGREDIENTS
1 whole salmon or salmon filets
1 lemon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Lemonpepper seasoning
Salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven on 350 degrees. Rub in olive oil on both sides, sprinkle a generous amount of lemonpepper seasoning and salt to taste. Slice one lemon over salmon, then squeeze juice over salmon.
2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until Salmon is tender and flaky.
