TCS to begin school year with mask mandate

In accordance with the NCStrongSchools Toolkit, Thomasville City Schools will begin the school year with masks required for all students and staff in their schools. The mask guidelines will be reviewed and up for revision at the end of the first nine weeks grading period in Mid-October (45 days).

The guidelines will go into effect for all faculty and staff beginning Aug 4, 2021 and for students upon their return on August 16, 2021. This decision applies to all schools and campuses.
