Women's Entrepreneurs Book Talk group will meet

Are you interested in starting and growing your own business? Do you want to connect with other like-minded entrepreneurs? Come meet with our Women’s Entrepreneur book group series as we discuss Lindsay Teague Moreno’s, Boss Up!: This Ain’t Your Mama’s Business Book. Moreno is a successful entrepreneur and public speaker who dedicates much of her time to educating other women, especially those interested in “momtrepreneurship,” or moms that are looking to start their own business ventures. Boss Up! provides fantastic advice on how women can plan out their business, make it successful, and ensure its longevity.

Join Brenna Buchanan of the Davidson County Public Library and Martha Larson of the Small Business Center at Davidson-Davie Community College as we discuss Moreno’s book, network, and complete exercises to inspire ourselves and learn about launching a business!

Meet us on Monday, June 13 from 5:30 PM to 7 PM at Bull City Ciderworks, 599 S. Railroad St. in Lexington.

Copies of books are available at the Lexington branch of the library, located at 602 S. Main St. as well as at the Small Business Center @ DDCC.

We hope to see you there!
