Davidson-Davie: Storm basketball subdued by South Suburban College

The Storm was subdued in the NJCAA Division II Men’s Basketball National Championship game with South Suburban College Bulldog on Saturday night at 7:30 pm. But many say on social media, The Storm will not be stopped. The team’s official page reads: “Embrace these young men. We as friends, family and fans are blessed to have been able to ride along in this journey. Young men of the Storm…thank you, for giving us all of yourselves. #family.”
Congratulations to the team for making it to the National Championship game for the 2nd year in a row and bringing local pride and watch parties for local families. The sense of local pride goes on. We will see you next Storm season!
