Lexington Officers investigate stabbing on Curry Street
Early this morning, Lexington Police Officers responded to a reported stabbing on Curry Street. After officers secured the scene and began an investigation, they learned that two male roommates at the residence got into an argument during the early morning hours. The fight continued to escalate, resulting in one of the males stabbing the other.
The stabbing victim is in stable condition at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect left the scene before officers arrived, and officers identified him to be Victor Santos Ramos. Officers are looking for Ramos at the time of this release, and official charges are pending.
