LMS shelter in place lifted, all clear issued

Dear Parents,

Lexington Middle School has been cleared of any potential safety concerns following the search by a police canine.

We want to thank our staff, the Lexington Police Department and Davidson County Sheriff Department for their role in ensuring the safety of every student here at LMS.

When facing any unfortunate security compromise, Lexington City Schools will always work to ensure that we have left no stone unturned as we provide students and staff with advanced security measures to ensure our schools are less vulnerable.
