Register now for Family Services Davidson County's Doozie 5K and 10K races

On your mark, get set, run! For Family Services of Davidson County at their annual Doozie 5K and 10K races.

The race this year will be held on Saturday, September 7th with race time at 8 a.m. The event will also feature a kids’ run so the whole family can come out and enjoy the festivities. Runners, walkers, running clubs, churches and businesses from near and far are welcome to participate.

Donations from the run this year will again go to support the programs of Family Services of Davidson County providing counseling, crisis intervention and youth development programs to strengthen individuals, families and our community.

September is Suicide Prevention Month and what better way to support this cause than by running for mental health awareness.

The entry fee for the run is only $30 for the 5K race and $35 for the 10K race. With your entry fee each runner will receive your official run number, a 2024 Doozie t-shirt, winner awards and a great day at a fun event with food trucks, outdoor activities and childcare for ages.

So come on out on September 7th as we run for mental health.4
